Clarity Watercolour

This card was a bit of a last minute decision. I have been on holiday and hadn't had chance to make a card for the new Clarity Stamps Challenge. But this card I made a little while ago and thought I would enter it.

It's quite a simple design which I have to say is based on a similar card made by Barbara herself. I hope she doesn't mind me using it it. I really wanted to enter the first challenge and show my support.

The motto of this is I must do better next time.

Toucan Too

Hi, This is my card I have decided to enter in The Paper Shelter DT call. 

I have used one of their images and he has been coloured with Tria Pens. All the layers have been cut using Spellbinder's Scalloped circle die. The top circle is flat, the middle one is raised a single layer and the image is raised a double layer.

I have punched the leaves out of patterned papers, then added a few paper flowers with brads in the center's. A piece of ribbon along the bottom and a rub on sentiment finish this card off.

Necklace

 

Hi thanks for coming to look at my second piece of jewellery I have decided to add to my blog.

It's a red, black and gold  necklace.

 

 

The circular pendent piece is done first, then the I decided to add the spiral necklace onto to it permenantly which was slightly different to the original pattern.

 

 

It's made up of red,black and gold seed beads, red pearls, black bi-cones and a magnetic clasp to finish. I am putting this onto Beading Friends Forever February Challenge in the anything goes section.

 

 

 

 

Something Different

Hi glad you decided to come and have a better look. I have been making jewellery for a little while now but this is the first time I have put it on my blog. This is call the Hugs and Kisses Bracelet.

It has been made with 8mm pink pearls, 6mm purple pearls, 4mm purple rounds,4mm pale pink bi-cones and white and purple size 11 seed beads. I have put a lobster claw clasp on this one. very bright and cheerful.

I am entering this in the new Beading Friends Forever first ever challenge. This one obviously goes in the set challenge which is this pattern.

Snailing Around

Hi Just had to dash this card on, a bit last minute I know, but it's my entry in the Pink Gem Designs Challenge and DT call. I would be over the moon if I was picked, but good luck to everybody that's entered. I'm sure who ever they choose will be really pleased.

My image is a digi image from Emerald Faeries and has been coloured with Tria Pens. The card is a sort of an easel design. Just a little bit different. I do hope you all like it.

Happy Anniversary

Hi everybody. My card today is for a Golden Wedding Anniversary. It is an order for a friend, Not my usual type of card, I love my stamping and colouring, but it's what the customer wants and they do look quite good. I have kept the background colours in cream and gold for obvious reasons, but then added a little colour to it with the decoupage. The book has been cut using large set of dies from Go Kreate. I have edged them with borders to make the edges look neater. The hearts are also die cut, the big one is a Spellbinder and the lattice ones are Cheery Lynn. The corners are Cheery Lynn too. The Decoupage is a Moorheads one from Crafter's Companion. Some flowers from Hobby House and a ribbon and bow finish the book design.

I have placed this on and easel card, I think this shows the book design off nicely.

Little Witch

Hello Thanks for coming and having a look at my latest creation. I have used an easel card design and the edge of the background has been distressed with Tim Holtz Dried Marigold and Black Soot.

This is an image from Just Inklined and I think she is really cute, and being as Halloween is just around the corner I thought I would use her for this card. I have coloured her with Tria Pens. Then the image has been layered on to a spiders web patterned paper from Basic Grey Eerie paper pad and orange card.

The tree and the letters are a Sizzix die. The orange moon is vellum embossed with a web and some pumpkin buttons in the corner.

The inside is covered in a patterned paper from Diane's Daughters . The bat stamp is from Chocolate Baroque. There are also two silver fancy leaf brads on the easel stop inside the card
