Hi folks,
Sorry I haven't visited my blog for quite a while but I have been having a few health problems and I just didn't feel like crafting much.

But I am getting better now and thought I would have a bit of a play to cheer myself up.

I love working with inchies stamps, but this is  a much simpler idea and that is cutting inchies out patterned paper. The papers have  images on instead of patterns. I have made a wall hanging using foam board as a background. I have decorated the edge with lace and then added some die cuts and pearls. It is attached together and hung using ribbon.

A Christmas First

I have made my first Christmas card, well it is August so we are more than half way through the year. It is quite a simple card, but it takes a while to get my christmas ideas going.

The base card is Kraft card which I have embossed with a folder. Then I have added some layers of patterned papers matted with red. A cute Santa topper is the main image. Finished off with a die cut greeting and lots of die cut Holly and Ivy leaves in copper and gold mirror card.

Stampin' Up

I have been a very bad blogger recently and not been on here for a while. Well I'm feeling a bit more with it for now so I'll try and do more.

I have been playing with some new stuff recently and this card has been made with Stampin' Up products. There range with al-sorts of stuff and it is all colour co-ordinating, which can make it a bit easier but it is a very new sort of card making style for me.

I've used By the Sea stamps and inks and papers from the new in colours.

Little White Kitty

This is my inspiration for this months challenge at The Crafting Cafe.
Our sponsor this month is Inky Impressions and this is one of their images.

I think is is easy to guess that the theme this month is
 Black and White

I have to admit that I found the idea for this card on Pinterest, sorry I don't know who the original maker was but I liked it so much I decided to make my version of it. I have kept it very simply layers of black and white patterned papers all cut using Spellbinders dies.

I have also left the image uncoloured, just decoupaged it. Then finally added some ribbon and gems,

This is my card for this months challenge at the Crafting Cafe.
Our Sponsor is Bugaboo Stamps and this is one of their images.

I have die cut several layers using Spellbinders Grande Nestabilities square frames. Used ribbon and large flower in black and white too.

I then thought I would colour the image using a Wink of Stella glitter pens so that it really stood out from the black and white. I have also decoupaged it to help it stand out too.

I hope you like it and pop back soon to see what else is going on.

Cat in a Hat

This will be my last card for the Graph'It Markers challenge blog. I need to give things a bit of a rest, to much going on and I can't keep up.

This image is called Flower Hat and is from our sponsor SamiStamps.

Our theme is Ribbons and Lace and I have added a fare bit of both, I have even cut up the lace and used it like leaves.

The cat has of cause been coloured with Graph'It Markers. Just some pearls and a nice round sentiment to finish it off.

Flower Power

Sorry it's a bit late on here again, but this is my card for the current challenge at

The theme is Flower Power.

Our sponsors this time are Sweetpea Stamps and this is one of their cute images called
Delight in the Simple Things and is available here.

I have coloured this movely little Unicorn with my Graph'it Markers. The layers have had the corners decorated using corner punches. I have used a lovely piece of velvet centred ribbon across the top.

Then I have added lots of flowers and some punched leaves to decorate. I think it is quite a girly card, I hope you all like it.
