It's time for a mid month reminder at 12 MOC challenge. So there is still plenty of time to enter this months challenge. The card base is a 5 x 7 landscape card with the front folded back in half.

This image is called Joy of Christmas and is from our sponsor this month which is
Crafty Sentiments designs.

I have coloured him quite simple with Prisma pencils, and a bit of glitter in places. The background papers are from Decosse's Dynamite Doodles. The image has been die cute and placed on a die cut frame.

The sentiment is die cut in silver card, I love this lacy sentiment.

Time to say goodbye to summer with my project for this months challenge at

Our sponsor this month is
Dusty Attic.

The fishing net piece is some thing I have had for a few years and decided it needed a bit of updating, so I have taken a piece of canvas board and used some serviette decoupage and modge podge to make the background. The of have attached the fishing net to the board. The 2 Seahorses are real, I have had them for years too, And so are the sea shells and seaweed, can't go to a beach without bringing home some shells.

Just a few words added to complete my project. Please pop over to the challenge blog to see lots more creative ideas and to say hello to our new DT members.

I have been playing with something new this month, Powertex. These are 2 small canvases thats I have done to start with. It us so much fun to play with. A liquid that can make fabric rock hard and water proof so that it can go out side. I need to play a lot more I think.

Floral Canvas

Late again, But better late than never.

Our sponsor this month is Stamplorations

I have used a canvas this month but I have used the wrong side for a change. The frame has been covered with torn up pages from a book and the inside edge has been painted with matt black paint.

I have then used a stencil and decorated part of the canvas using distress inks. The edge of the frame and remaining background has then been shaded using the same colours. Some of the flowers have been die cut coloured and dipped in UTEE to give them shape and shine.

The edge of the frame is decorated with hession pieces, string and more flowers. These have also been coloured with the same inks. The works are die cut using Tim Holtz dies.

Please visit the blog and see all the great inspiration from my fellow team mates.
