Pretty in Pink

although I've only used one of them as they come all together and seperately.

I have coloured her with polychromo pencils and kept it quite soft as she is such a gentle image. All the background bits, patterned paper, ribbon and snowflake buttons, are from my stash of many years collecting. I think this is a very pretty image.

Dogs may fly

The theme for the new challenge at Polkadoodles is monochrome.

Plus as it's a Halloween project it's really got to be black and white.

The image is called Winnie Wednesday Bat dog.

I've coloured her with Copic pens. The papers I have used are from Sticks and bones texture paper 1 and Halloween/Autumn paper heaven 1. I have die cut them into hexagons and attached them to the card front. Then the whole front has been embossed using a leaf pattern folder.

 Finally I have added a check ribbon and some card candy to decorate. The sentiment is just rub on letters.

Tall Story

I'm a little late posting this card, sometimes things just don't go the right way.

Any way, this is  my inspiration for the new challenge at the Colour Crazy Craft challenge.

The image is from a set called Giraffe Trio.

I've coloured the image with polychromo pencils. I use a DL or slim card as I thought it suited such a tall slim image. The background is a cascade of topical/animal print papers. Then there is just some animal print card candy and a sentiment.

Mammothly Sad

A card for the boys is the theme for the new challenge over at Polkadoodles.

I've used the image called Mammoth Dinosaur from the sticks and bones collection.

I've coloured him with Copic pens. The background paper are also from the sticks and bones collection called Texture papers. 

The sentiment I made up myself it seemed to fit really well. I think he looks kind of sad though.

Bumblebee

Well a slight change of name but the challenge continues. But the theme will be the same as we love our creatures of all shapes and sizes.

So the now Critter Crazies challenge is open for the new month.

I have made an easel card this month using a Sweet Poppy of a Bee called Bumblebee Circle.

The stencil has been pasted and then had foil added. At first I used silver foil but then I decided to play and refoil it with red green and brown foil. It didn't stick perfectly but I quite liked  the result as it looked kind of distressed. The card base and paper layers have been die cut.Then I just added some stamped words and a bee charm.
