Merry Christmas

One last post for Christmas. I spent Christmas eve putting together this ribbon wreath.

I got the idea from Pinterest and just fancied having a go myself.

I put together about 8 different ribbons in shades of blue, white and a bit of silver. Cut into lengths of about 3 inches. They are folded into a loop and pinned to a polystyrene wreath with small pins.

 

I've added a sparkly snowflake decoration in the centre and put on some battery lights. It's really pretty all lite up.

Christmas Robin

 

One last Christmas card using a new die I've just treated myself to.

Had to get it from the US though as I couldn't find it in the UK but I really needed it.

The robin is a stamp from Sweet Poppy Stencils and it's just so cute. It's called Robin and Holly.

I've coloured it with polychromo pencils. I've then die cut the image and popped it back together on a red card background with some parts raised and some flat. Then just a Christmas Sentiment t complete.

Celebration time

It's time to celebrate for the new Polkadoodles challenge.

I've used the image Winnie Fairytale Little Friends.

I've coloured it with Alcohol pens. 

The background papers are from Winnie Wonderland Paper Heaven 2.

Which I've used in my favourite layers.

I've die cut the floral spray from silver, gold and pink card. Completed with a silver ribbon bow and a sentiment.

I've kept this card a bit more simple. The image has been coloured with polychromo pencils and just placed on a red card blank. The Ho Ho Ho is a stencil with distress inks through.

I've Coloured him with Polychromo pencils. I thought I would go with rustic colours for a change. So I've kept it to mostly browns. Behind the patterned paper I've put a punched border. The Christmas greeting has been done using a stencil.

Just Snow Pals

It's a snowy card from me for this weeks new challenge at Polkadoodles.

The image is called Happy Snow Couple.

I've coloured them with Polychromo pencils.

The idea this week is leave a lot of white space so the background of the card has been embossed with a folder

The sentiment is from the Festive wordart set. I've printed it several times to make a border. That has been layered onto a punched border in 2 colours.

Mistletoe Deer

It's time for the last challenge of the year for the Critter Crazy Challenge.

The theme as always is use a critter in the main image on your card.

I've used a new stamp from Sweet Poppy Stencils called Christmas Deer.

I've coloured the image with polychromo pencils. It's layered up on die cut ovals. The mistletoe is  stencil and die set from Sweet Poppy called Forest Stem. I've inked the stencil first then layered a die cut stem over the top. A beautiful Christmas stamp I think.
