Flower Circle

 

I thought I would share another of my Sweet poppy Stencil cards made recently.

This stencils is called Honeysuckle Circle. 

I have used white paste through the stencil and then once dry coloured it with Copic pens. Against the black it looks so vibrant and is so easy to do.

Wrap up Warm

It's Christmas over at the Polkadoodles challenge.

And you have to use string or ribbon.

 

The image I have used is from the Winnie White Christmas called Wrapped up Warm.

I have coloured her using Polychromo pencils and put snow paste on the fur of her boots, hat and bobble. The colours are quite monotone in pale blues, silver and white.

The background paper is from Winnie White Christmas printable papers 3, and the flowers are from Winnie winterland foliage set. I have distressed all the edges of the layers.

I've used lots of die cut elements and die cut leaves. I've added blue pearls to the leaves. There is lace across the back and a fancy ribbon bow.

Lost Dinosaur

There is a new challenge over at Polkadoodles starting today.

The theme this time is Clean and Simple.

This is one of their images from the Sticks and Bones collection called Gone Clubbing/Dinosaur

I've coloured him with Polychromo pencils and then gave him a couple of little rocks for him to stand by. Plus added a typed sentiment. I think he is so cute with those big eyes.

I've made a hot colour background using distress inks.

The image is called Black Tip and he is available here.

I have done him in red stencil medium.

He does look rather hot.
