Flower Corner

Another Spring Blooms idea from the Hunkydory stamps set. I've coloured the image with Polychromo pencils. I seem to be using them a lot at the minute so easy to use.

I stamped the image onto a square card then cut part of it away to form a corner. I've then added some diecut leaves and paper flowers in a matching colour. The centre sentiment stamp is from the same stamp set.

Sakura

It's time for a new challenge at Colour Crazy Craft Challenge. Our sponsor this time is Moonflower and this is one of their images called Sakura.

I have coloured her with polychromo pencils, kept in a monochrome colours. All the layers are oriental patterned papers in the same colour tones

I have used a die cut oriental frame and just used the corners round the image. An oriental coin with a charm attached. Lastly a piece of ribbon and some candy dots to decorate.

Embossed Flowers

Another sample don using my Hunkydory spring flower stamp set. This time is a much simpler design. I've stamped the image and embossed it with gold powder on black card.

The image and it's layers have been die cut. I have added a diagonal black ribbon and bow, plus a few black and white pearls.  The sentiment is stamped and has also been diecut out. A classic black and white card. Still more to come another day.

In the Pink

I've been playing with some new Hunkydory stuff again, this time it's a stamp set. It's from The love of Stamps range and it's called Spring Blooms edge it. I love these stamps, they're quite big so you don't really need much else on the card and they are lovely to colour.

I've coloured this one with Polychromo pencils and then cut it out by hand, which was quite easy too.
I have put it on a partially embossed white card, I've used the debossed side as I thought this looked better with my image. A piece of pink ribbon and the sentiment is also from the stamp set.

There are some other cards to follow as these stamps just seemed to fill me with ideas.

Panel Weave

This is the second card made from my Hunkydory items. This card is made from the left overs of the last card. Very economical. This is still paper weaving but done closer together to make a proper panel.

I've kept this a more clean and simple design with just a stamped sentiment and some candy dots. The stamped sentiment is also from Hunkydory but more about that soon.

Open weave

I have been playing with some stuff I've had from Hunkydory and this is the first card that I've made with it. It's been done using the Marvelous Mirri Lovely Lace pad.

I've used 3 different pages for the weaving and the background corners and one to die cut the leaves out of. It's a good weight and die cuts really well.

I've added some flowers to the leaves, a die cut sentiment and a pull bow to complete.

Cute Puppy

This is a card I made a while ago for my friends birthday. She would like a real puppy but I could only give her this one. This is also a temporary card in this months challenge at Crafting with an Attitude.

The image is from The Paper Shelter and is called Teacup Yorkie. I coloured him with Polychromo pencils. I kept the card rather girly and my friends favourite colour is pink.

So I just had to put on a big pink bow. He is really cute though.
