Gifts in Transit

We are nearly at the end of November, time goes by so quick. So as in the image the Christmas gifts are in transit.

I've coloured the image using Polychromo pencils. There is a lovely detailed patterned paper in the background which I didn't want to cover up, so I haven't put to much else on. So just a Sentiment, some snowflake buttons and snow paste.

It's Friday so that must mean a new challenge from the Crafty Catz.

and this is one of their images called Horsey Harriet.

The theme is use 3 colours.

Mine are blue, green and brown. 

I've coloured the image with polychromo pencils. I have then used 2 stencils from Sweet Poppy. The first is the Plaid stencil round the edge of the base card in blue. Then the next layer is grass in green. Finally the sentiment is have a great day, I don't think the rider is necessarily having a good day though.

A little Christmas Joy

Our theme is always anything goes.

I've coloured this cute little penguin with polychromo pencils. I've added some snow paste to the brim and bobble of his hat. The background card has been decorated with a stencil from Sweet Poppy called Large Holly. I didn't think there was any need for a sentiment as this little penguin says it all.

My snowman pal

Today is the start of a new challenge over at the Crafty Catz.

I coloured the image with polychromo pencils. I've kept the design quite simple and just added a band of patterned paper across the card, you can't really see from the photo but it has some sparkly elements on it. The Christmas greeting has been die cut.

I've coloured this sand using Polychromo pencils. To make the snow and fur I've used 3d paste. There is a piece of patterned paper for the background. Then a die cut sentiment and some  die cut poinsettia flowers with tiny pearls in the centre.

Rosie Racoon

Another new month so a new challenge at Critter crazy.

Where has this year gone it's nearly Christmas. 

My image this month is from Di's Digi's called

Racoon Rose.

I've coloured this cute Racoon with Polychromo pencils. The background patterned paper is quite dramatic with these lovely sunflowers on, so I coloured a couple of the flowers in the image to blend in with it. Then there a 3 velvet leaves with a little yellow flower. A sentiment completes this card.
