summer time ends

Here is a card to end the summer and remind us all of our holidays in the sum. I made this card for a work collegue's birthday. She loves Spain and has a home there, so this card was perfect for her.
I used a lovely Tilda stamp and coloured with promarkers, the palm tree sunset is die cut and the umberella is a paper cocktail decoration, I thinks it's just a bit of fun.

I am entering this card in the following challenges;

I love Tilda

I have to admit I love Magnolia stamps and this is a card I made a little while ago. I used the Japanese Tilda and water coloured her with Distress Inks. A simple 8x8 backing paper with a few punched flowers to complete the design.

I have entered this card in the following challenges

mummy card

This is my latest card using a Crafters Companion SWALK stamp. I have coloured it using Spectrum Noir pens and the flowers and swirls are cut using Marianne dies. I do seem to use a lot of autumn colours even though I try to pick other colour, I am just drawn to them. I have used glitter card behind the stamped image and also the first layer of the flowers. Finishing touches include gems card candy and a little glitter glue.

I will be entering this card in the following challenges

my first photo

I haven't been on for quite a while but I would finally like to add my first card made by me. This was a recent order for a 21st birthday. The recepient obviously likes butterflies and all things pink.
