Pink Ppinky

This is my card as GDT for Crafting by Design for December. I have used a Ppinky Doll image and I have coloured her with Polychromo pencils.

The back ground has been stamped and coloured with distress inks, using swirl and butterfly stamps. 

There are die cut leaves and hearts, also I have die cut the image and layer.

It's time for a new challenge at Through the Craft Room Door and this is my project. The image is from Little Claire one of our sponsors for this week.

For the background I have used Bo Bunny Zebra patterned paper and the image has been die cut with a Creative Expressions frame die.

I have then die cut lots of leaves and grasses using dies from Memory box, Marianne, 

I think it makes quite a striking card in black and white.

Beary Blue

This weeks new Challenge at Graph'it Markers is Blue and Green.

I'm not sure about this combination, as the saying goes, blue and green should never be seen. But it could grow on me. 

I've used the Polka Doodles image Winston Bear with his little heart, He's very cute, makes a lovely new baby boy card I though. I've used a patterned backing paper with glittery butterflies on it,

Then a few embellishments which are polka dot ribbon, a lovely feather, a flower and a few gems. Please join in our challenge I would love to see your creations with this colour combo, and you could win a great prize.

Wreath Tag

It time for my inspiration item for this month challenge at the

  Crafting Cafe 

which is

  not a card.

I have used the Rosehip and Holly wreath from Delicious Doodles and colourd it in with My Polychromos Pencils. I have cut the image out and cut it into smaller pieces  and then arranged it around the edge of a tag.

I have then added a die cut christmas greeting and ribbon.

Mono Magnolia

Hi it's time to bring you a little extra inspiration at the Graph'it Markers challenge, and the theme this time is Monochrome.

My cute Magnolia angel is coloured with my Graph'it Markers using just colours 1230, 2105, 4110, 9400, 9401. Plus a little stickles glitter

I have  used a patterned paper on the card base and punched the leaves and die cut the flowers, using a little distress ink through the die to colour the flower centres.

Pirate Sam

It's time for a new challenge at Through the Craftroom Door which as usual is Anything Goes.  I've used Pirate Sam which is an image from Little Blue Button. 

I've coloured him using my Graph'it Markers, then layered him up using blue card and cork paper.

Good News

I have some good news to put on today. I have been asked to join the DT for Through the Craft Room Door and I was really pleased to say yes. I am really looking forward to spending the next 6 months working with such talented people. So here is my first card I have done for this weeks challenge 

The theme is always Anything Goes which gives you such a lot of scope of things to do.  This image is from one of the sponsors this week which is Twixie from That Craft Place. I know it's now a bit late for Halloween but it wasn't when I made it.

I have coloured him with Graph'it Markers and just added a little Wink of Stella clear glitter pen, although that is hard to see from the photo. I have die cut the wood BOO using an old Sizzix alphabet set. I think he is a real cute Kitty, not scary at all.
