Octopussy

This is something I've coloured just recently.

I've used the Sweet Poppy Stencil Octopus. I've used glossy white paste throught the stencil and let it dry.

Then I've coloured over the top with Copic pens.

Thebackground is also a stencil called circles texture background and the sentiment is also from Sweet Poppy.

Finally I've added some clear dew drops over some of the citcles.

I've coloured her with Polychromo pencils. The background paper I've made using a brayer and acrylic paints on a Gel Press. Then to keep the design quite simple I've just added a ribbon, some large pearls and the senitment.

Well it's Halloween time again at Polkadoodles. I've made an easel card this time round. The image I've used is called Oddella with bag.

I've coloured her with polychromo pencils. I decided to keep the image colours quite monochrome with just tiny bits of colour on the bag and heart. The background papers I've used to create a scene are from Halloween trick or treat papers 1. 

 

To complete the scene I've added a die cut tree, actually there are 2 overlayed and in slightly different shades to give it a bit more depth. The cats are also die cut.

On Facebook there is a group called Crafty Chefs. Each month they make a recipe for members to use to make a card. This will be the first card I've made.

It's quite a quick card. The background card is embossed using a music score folder, The sentiment and guitar are die cut and the image is a topper. Just a quick it of fun.

Christmas Lists

Fot the new challenge at Polkadoodles we had to get organised for Christmas. Well for me to be organised I need to make lists. So I've made flip booklet to make lists for my cards and gifts.

The image I'e used on the front is called Santa Owl. I've coloured him with polychromo pencils. The background paper is from Winnie white Christmas papers 3. The sentiment is a die cut.

Inside I've printed the pages and decorated each page with toppers from Winnie white christmas coloured toppers. I've used punches to cut the toppers out and layer them up.

Time sure flies, so it's time for a new challenge at 2 Crafty Critter Crazies.

Our sponsor this month is Skeepski Designs.

This is one of their images called Walkies.

I coloured 3 images in total using polychromo pencils. The decoupaged the image to give more dimension. To give some texture on the image there is some dimensional paste added to give the impression of clouds. have used 2 patterned papers in the back ground with a few co-ordination layers.

Then to complete I've added some paper flowers with gems in the centre, some ribbon and a stamped sentiment in the corner.
