Star Fairy

Our sponsor this time at the Colour Crazy Craft Challenge is Ching Chou Kuik.
This is one of her images called Starry Wish.

I've gone with a monochrome colour scheme of black and white. With black and white flowers and feathers to decorate.

There is a background patterned paper of grays which I have put through an embossing folder, layered with black card and silver glitter card. I've die cut a large doily but only used sections of it. Also a large die cut swirls.

I've coloured the image with Polychromo pencils and added glitter to her wings and the stars. I've used gray ribbon in the background

Pity the picture doesn't really show the glitter. I've completed it with a birthday sentiment.

I would like to enter this in the following challenges

Cute Card Thursday - Birthdays
Through the purple haze - Black and white

Baggy

Something a bit different for me for the new challenge at the Stinkin inkers this month.

The theme is bags, something I've not really done a lot of.

I found the video for these bags on pinterest which used a bag making board. But I then decided to take the measurements and adapt it to just use a score board.

I used sheets of A4 and 12x12 patterned papers. Once I got the first one sorted, they turned out to be really easy, I just couldn't stop.

And they ended up in lots of sizes. I made the handles with ribbon and just added a flower on each one to decorate a little. It was really fun.

Mousy Mousy

Here is my inspiration card for this months challenge at

Our sponsor this month is Fabrika Fantasy and this is one of their images called Happy Mouse.

I've coloured this little mouse with Polychromo pencils. I have gone with my usual love of lots of layers this time. With 3 patterned papers for the background.

A punched border down one side. Some gauze fabric under the image and a broad cotton lace along the bottom.

Finally some paper flowers, 3 pearls and a stamped and punched out sentiment. I'm quite pleased with the finished card. Pop over to the challenge blog and have a look at the lovely cards my fellow team mates have made.
