and the theme this week from Franz and is
Ribbons
This weeks we have two sponsors the first one is Heather's Hobby Haven and the prize is $15 to spend

and the second sponsor is Whimsy Stamps and their prize is 5 digi's of your choice, what lucky winners you will be.

Now on to my card, I am still dreaming of spring so I have used a lovely little daisy stamp. Its has been coloured in very lightly watercoloured and a little glittered highlights on. Then cut out around the shape sides. It has been layered on to a die cut rectangle and then a scalloped rectangle from Spellbinders which is has had a little distressing added around the edge.
A patterned paper covers the whole of the background of the card. A panel of turquoise card, which has been embossed with the swiss dots embossing folder, and a border punch used to decorate the top edge.
I have added a turquoise satin ribbon down the spine tied in a knot. Three Prima flowers have been put in the bottom corner with some leaves punched out of dark turquoise card. The birthday greeting has been stampled and layed on turquoise card too.

wine country

Welcome to this weeks
This weeks theme is choosen by Francesca and is
Food and Drink.

Our sponser this week is The Stamping Boutique and the prize for the lucky winner is 3 Digi images of their choice. So go on and enter your card, you never know you may be the lucky one. Now on to my card. I have gone for a sepia collage type card, somthing I am having a new try at because I never seems to have much success with before, on a drink theme. The design is put on a landscape card with a simple stamp of leaves and grapes along the top stamped in Tim Holtz Distress Ink Walnut stain.
The rest of the images have been stamped, also using Walnut Stain, on to watercolour card. Then the have just had a little shading added using a brush and water. The Vineyard scene has just been cut out as a rectangle but the scalloped circle has been cut with a Spellbinder Die. They have then been distressed aroung the edge. The bottle and glass have just been cut out.
I have the taken 3 one inch squares of stampbord. I have inked up the stamp using Stazon Timber Brown, then choosing and interesting piece of the picture and with the stamp laying face up on your desk place the piece of stampbord on to that spot. I have done one square on each of the three stamps. I have then coloured them in using Whispers pens to add a bit of colour and make them sand out from the background. They are then placed of the background image so that the line up exactly. A simple sentiment layered onto chocolate coloured card finished this card off.

Spring Tilda

Welcome to this weeks
The theme this week is
 Anything Goes With Blue
and has been choosen by my DT buddie Bridget.
Our sponsor this week is Digi Doodle Shop with a prize of $10 to the lucky winner.

For my contribution this week I have done with my new Tilda stamp. This time I have done an 6x6 eisel card. I have used blue and white papers from Craftwork Cards, one plain dotty pattern on the inside of the eisel and a diamond and silver foil patterned one to cover the front which is a die cut shape.
Tilda has been stamped and then coloured in using Tria alcohol pens, then cut out using a Marianne Die. This edges have been decorated with pale blue gems.

The leaves have been cut out of pale green linen card using a Cheery Lyn die. The flowers are paper flowers from Prima and a little blue gem in the center.
I hve then finished of the inside with borders of yellow and blue edged using Martha Stewart border punches. The sentiment of Happy Birthday is stamped and embossed on blue background and layered on a yellow tag, both of which are Spellbinders Die, and a length of yellow ribbon on either end. A bright and cheerful spring coloured card to brighten up a winters day.

Tilda Vintage Blue

Welcome to the first
Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge
of 2012 and this weeks theme, choosen by the lovely Andie, is
Let Them Eat Cake.
This week for my card I have gone back to my favorite Magnolia stamps for my image. I have coloured her in with Tria pens, I love the fine nibs they make colouring so easy. The lace style border across the bottom of the card is a Cheery Lynn Die  and I have lay a length of beige ribbon with a bit of added glitter on the top edge.
I have then sat her on a die cut cup cake, using a Marianne Designs Die, cut out of Ella Blue paper. I have also used these papers on all the background pieces with Distress Co-ordinations as the layers. The oval that Tilda is on has been cut out with a Spellbinders Die.
The flowers and leaves have been punched out of Ella Blue papers too and I have added a little blue gem in the centre's. I have to admit I can't say where the sentiment came from I was going through my left overs from this paper pad and I found this on one of the bits and it just seemed to go on this card, now wasn't that a bit a luck.
All the edges of the patterned paper layers, Tilda's oval background and the sentiment have been lightly distressed with Tim Holtz Distress Inks Walnut Stain, I have just added a bow under the sentiment to finish off this card. I enjoyed doing this card it has been a while since I have done a Magnolia image, I feel in the mood to do a few more.
